Atmosphere gas can be introduced without a muffle by welding the entire furnace casing for a gas-tight structure.
The furnace casing can be welded to create a complete gas-tight structure, allowing atmospheric gas to be introduced without the use of a muffle. This method is advantageous when a metal muffle is not feasible or when the operating temperature is too high for a muffle to be used.
Cost reduction can be achieved by reusing exhaust gas heat for preheating, leading to energy savings.
The atmosphere gas used in the furnace for heat treatment can be recycled to preheat the products, thus saving energy. This system is more efficient than heating from room temperature without this system.
