Oxidation and decarburization occur during heat treatment in the air, so additional processing may be required. To avoid this, gastight atmosphere gas furnaces are often used to perform heat treatment by filling the atmosphere with gas, depending on the application, to prevent post-processing and reduce oxidation and decarburization of the products. The range of gases used can be from inert gases (Nitrogen, Argon) to hydrogen and AX gas, depending on the properties of the products and the purpose of heat treatment.

High gas tightness shall be achieved through a self-developed seal structure.
The specially designed structure prevents air infiltration into the furnace and gas extrusion from it. This seal structure can also handle special atmospheric gases.
Cost reduction can be achieved by reusing exhaust gas energy for preheating.
The atmosphere gas used in the furnace can be used to preheat the product, avoiding waste of heat. This results in energy savings through preheating of the product from room temperature.
